On Saturday, May 13th, Ashland and Talent residents may ‘Toss Your Toxins’ for free at the Recology-sponsored 2023 Jackson County Residential Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off event. The event will be held from 8 AM – 4:30 PM at the Rogue Transfer & Recycling in White City. Businesses may participate in Jackson County’s Commercial Collection Event held the day before at the same location as well. To participate in this event held on Friday, May 12, businesses are required to submit an application beforehand. On Friday, June 9th, Josephine County will host their annual residential Household Hazardous Waste Collection from 9 AM – 3 PM at their Redwood Avenue facility in Grants Pass.
