COVID-19 Update: Customer Service Office Reopening

The Recology Davis Main Office will reopen on March 1^st, 2022.

The main office at 2727 2^nd Street, Davis, CA will be open Monday through Friday from 7 AM – 4 PM. Masks are required inside the facility. The office is subject to reclosing as we monitor the impacts from COVID-19.

Additionally, the following services are available to all Recology Davis customers:

• Main office at 2727 2^nd Street in Davis: Open Monday through Friday from 7 AM – 4 PM. Masks are required inside the facility.

• Assistance by phone: Available Monday through Friday from 7 AM – 4 PM. Call us at 530.756.4646 for information about services, pay your bill, or other assistance.

• Assistance by web:  Use our “Contact Us” box.  These requests are given the same priority as phone calls. Contact requests are answered promptly during working hours.

• Payments: Pay bills by mail, over the phone, or online via check or credit card. Checks may be mailed to PO Box 1170 Davis, CA 95617. Checks may also be dropped off in our payment box at 2727 2^nd Street in Davis. Cash is not accepted.
