Recology accepts holiday trees for recycling! Flocked trees (sprayed with artificial snow) are not accepted. Remove all decorations, tinsel, and tree stands. Cut your tree into three-foot sections. Place small branches/pieces inside the cart. Place your organics cart at the curb alongside your tree.
Starting January 1, 2024, California’s Beverage Container Recycling Program adds new beverages and new containers. Certified Recycling Centers must accept all CRV containers, even though some new additions may not have CRV labels until July 1, 2025. Check out the new beverages and containers added to the program.
