At this time, the City of Santa Clara expects no interruption of regular garbage and recycling services during the COVID-19 outbreak. Garbage and recycling will be collected on your regular scheduled day.
IN PERSON BILL PAY TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
In-person bill pay at our Customer Service Center in San Jose is temporarily closed to the public as a precautionary safety measure for our employees. Please direct urgent bill pay questions to our normal Customer Service outlets.
Customer Service phone call wait times may be longer than usual. Our phone lines will be open Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Urgent service-related issues should be directed to our ‘Contact Us’ form available online here.
