In following local and statewide public health instructions, we encourage customers to pay their bills using online bill pay, pay by phone, or by mailing in bills. However, if you are unable to mail or submit payments online, our office on Shoreway Rd has a mail slot available for customers who wish to make use of this option. Drop payments, preferably in an envelope, through the mail slot at our front door. As a courtesy, Customer Service Representatives will contact customers within 1-2 business days to verify that the payment has been applied to your account.
