Recology customer service will be closed on Monday, September 4th in observance of Labor Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, Sept 5th at 8 AM. During the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit, usual service time windows may be adjusted from November 12th – 18th to accommodate street closures, restrictions, and increased traffic throughout the City.  Read more

The Refuse Separation Ordinance (No. 180646), effective July 1, 2019, requires that Large Refuse Generators in San Francisco have a recycling, composting, and trash audit every 3 years to ensure compliance with the City of San Francisco’s Mandatory Recycling and Composting Ordinance.   Read more
